Sourcing Senior Analyst | Project Based  

• Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles in Technology or Operations
• Can generate talent pipeline based on their target demand focus
• Develop and initiate different sourcing strategies
• Tracking their profiles and proper monitoring in recruitment system
• Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
• Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics
• Utilizing recruiting database(s) and tools
• Conducting, analyzing and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions
• Facilitating presentation to stakeholders on performance and strategies
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
• Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates

• Amenable to a Project Based Employment
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Requires 3 years’ experience in Corporate Recruitment or Headhunting
• Experience in CV screening and Phone Interviews
• Has experience using Job Portals and Social Media Platforms
• Good Communication Skills
• Good understanding of Technology
• Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong or Gateway, Cubao
• Regular shift, 9AM-6PM
