Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibility:
- Provide sourcing strategy for Ilocos
- Will act as a middle man between recruitment – recruitment team and sourcing team
- Provide insights, and other plans if current strategy is not working in Ilocos
- Work closely with recruitment team to provide quantity and quality number of candidates needed by the business
- Will act as relations officer for to school/universities, government partners, manpower agency and other as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree of any course
- Must have at least 3- 5 years work experience, preferably in HR Sourcing or any Recruitment related field
- Knowledgeable with local recruitment process
- Must be willing to be assigned in San Nicolas, Ilocos Accenture Site
