Job Description
- Deep understanding of various research methods (both qualitative and quantitative) and behavioral analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Marketing, and Designers.
- Design and conduct qualitative, quantitative, and desk research. Including latest market trends, government plans, market sizing, marketing and branding effectiveness (brand funnel, NPS, BHT, etc), remote and in-person usability studies for existing and future products.
- Be able to collect data, analyze and assess data through a combination of primary and secondary research methods such as: primary online survey, manage temp surveys, manage third party studies and external studies. Media monitoring skill is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Be able to visualize deliverables in a clear and concise manner.
- Analyze data using statistical software such as but not limited to: R, SPSS, Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, Tableau etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to grasp new industries quickly.
- Graduate majoring in statistics, mathematics, psychology, economics, business, data science is preferred.
- 3+ years experience in market/user research, tech/startup industry experience is a plus.
