Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Management, or any equivalent course
- 2 - 5 years account management experience in IT Sales & Marketing industry,
- Know-how and experience in creating business plans and business analysis
- Can deliver presentations, articulate and convey messaging (solutions evangelist), defend business plans
- Experience in selling or marketing of digital/internet solutions, e-commerce, web-based or cloud enterprise solutions
- Creation and updating of Territory Plans and Account Plans
- Pipeline creation and management, familiarity with Sales Solution Cycle
- Network of contacts, can comfortably interface with executive-level client roles
- Can work, or is comfortable with work with cross-functional teams and will proactively coordinate with other stakeholders
- Proactive, results-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Diligent reporting and updating, comfortable with use of reporting or CRM tools
