- Does multi-functional role between projects penetration and design specification.
- Generate sales reports (Monthly-weekly forecast, Project pipelines, Daily productivity)
- Collaborate diligently and provide product solutions towards Contractors, Architects, Designers, and Developers.
- Manage technical trainings, business presentation and assist mockups to new construction projects, Developers, Architects/Designers, and other relevant contractors
- Will cover VisMin key areas with significant projects (Cebu, Iloilo, Davao, CDO, Bohol, Bacolod)
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Architecture or any business-related course
- At least 3 Year(s) experience in Sales and Marketing with construction materials/boards company
- Must have some good analytical skills in negotiation and offering value proposition.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
