Digital Marketing Specialist  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Media:
  • Have a strong understanding of content creation with HTML code on different platforms (Microsoft Expression Web, Dreamweaver, Mailchimp, Salesforce etc.)
  • Ability to direct our graphic designers to create advertising banners, visual social media posts, and other marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Provide general support to the broader Marketing team in areas including Local Area Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media, Communications and National Marketing Campaigns
  • Work closely with company stakeholders to grow their online presence via a variety of digital channels.,
  • Use reporting and analysis tools to measure online performance and identify/make recommendations for improvement of practices.
  • Work with the Marketing team to manage and publish content on websites.
• Design:
  • Preparing design, layouts and templates in HTML coding for EDM platforms, such as Mailchimp and/or Salesforce, based on artwork provided
  • Work with copywriters, graphic designer and Marketing Manager to produce final design
  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies to align with company KPI’s.
  • Test graphics across various media (different email providers’ platforms and phones etc.)
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Assist in maintaining web content
• Experience with designing the following:
  • Code (HTML) various EDM/Website layouts with different functions (buttons with links, anchor points, merge codes)
  • Digital advertisements such Electronic Direct Mail and Website Development Email-Direct Marketing
  • Understanding of preparation of final artwork;
  • Portfolio of work completed available to view (preferably encompassing
  • relevant industry work, and collateral listed above);
• Industry Experience:
  • Property Development;
  • Real Estate;
  • Construction
• Duties and Responsibility:
  • Positively participate and contribute in KPI reviews

Qualifications and Certificates

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field of study is highly regarded
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign,
  Photoshop)
• Advanced skills in editing photos using Photoshop
• Strong level of understanding the requirements for artwork being created in
  the correct format and using the appropriate program
• Experience in using Salesforce integrated products, highly desirable
• HTML experience highly advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in speaking and writing in
  English
• Ability to work under tight deadlines & high pressure
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience with creating animated video slideshows from photos, video clips, and music would be advantageous
