Account Manager  

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary customer interface that is responsible for the development of business and relationships with the clients’ senior management and lead day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns pertaining to these clients
• Represents Single Point of Contact for the clients. Identifies opportunities and grow the clients’ business; manage clients’ needs and see to it that they are met. She should proactively resolve concerns
• Act as a liaison within Wide-out for all client concerns review and propose systems and policies and implement programs appropriate for the Wide-Out staff assigned to those clients.
• Provides engineering and product development support, dissemination of value-add and differentiation messages to customers, and should be able to establish a defensible barrier to competitors.
• Serves as the primary supplier interface for all clients products and services, responsible for design registrations and design management and maintenance and coordinates Wide-out senior management interface with customers, program and project management.
• Visit client sites and arrange for client visits to Wide-out as needed.
• Review and analyze overall service level results to determine and recommend changes and/or solutions to improve quality reduce cost and enhance Service delivery. Able to determine if the current headcount would be met and if so how.
• Analyze pricing-delivery, accuracy and thorough understanding of any issues surrounding invoices. She shall be responsible for accurately billing and collecting from the client within the acceptable time frame approved by the Board.
• Initiate and facilitate Quarterly Business Review (QBR)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce and equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Superior business and negotiation skills
• Extensive industry contracts
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Willing to work at night

• Experience in Digital Advertising/Marketing (Adwords, YouTube, Facebook, etc) preferred but not necessary
