Job Description
- Answer related concerns/queries about Platinum Karaoke thru phone, mobile, email and social media accounts focusing on Facebook
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Advise on company information.
- Act as the company gatekeeper
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Communication, Business Management or equivalent
- Experience in Retail Industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
- Ability to deal with customers
