Job Description
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the Sales Department
- Responsible in making reports such as Daily Sales, Monthly Sales, Inventory, Collection, Incentive, and Customer Database Report
- Monitor supply and distribution
- Update records and documents
- Ensure the accuracy of all documentation
- Perform such other accounting, financial or administrative task as may be required from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Ad, Finance or equivalent
- Proficient in MS office specifically Excel
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Proactive and passionate in learning and personal growth
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
