- Identifies, research, evaluate and pursue business development opportunities to achieve sales target
- Develops sales and marketing projects, partnerships, and alliances that will contribute to the organization's short and long-term goals
- Establishes long-term relationships with industry groups to promote the organization and its products and services
- Leads meetings and negotiations, conduct sales presentations, design proposals with potential clients and business partners
- Refers sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate people in the organization and liaise with other functional and operational teams to ensure that service level metrics are met
- Meets the annual target set by the Management
- Treats all documents as highly confidential and must be secured
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor's degree Degree major in Business Studies/Sales & Marketing/Entrepreneur/Economics/Human Resource Management or any related course;
- At least 1 year experience in Sales;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills;
- With strong sales and marketing persona-must be comfortable making sales pitches and tenacious in pursuing leads;
- Significant experience in selling HR services is a distinct advantage
