Job Description
The Account Officer is an entry-level opening for fresh graudates. Their primarily role is to maintain close relationships with current partners and secure new ones for the Company's education programs.
Successful candidates will be the face of UTP to local partners. Their primary role will be to develop partnership strategies that would result in local partner expansion and establish consistent presence to current and new partners; maintaining them as UTP’s partners and keeping them satisfied with UTP’s services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Ensure the timely & accurate submission of reports and be able to revert to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Collect, activate and maintain the database of clients through a systematic and efficient work structure
- Provide regular information and progress reports as required to improve operational efforts
- Update, monitor and analyze database for brand building and development
- Strategize, develop, and manage UTPs existing and new clients
- Liaise between local clients and UTP in order to boost sales
- Conduct cold calls/visits to potential clients and facilitate meetings, orientations, and presentation until the client relationship is established
- Communicate and regularly visit clients to build strong and solid UTP relationship and presence
- Reach projected target sales in assigned area/region
- Manage and contain crisis and problems related to UTP’s programs
- Collaborate with the each program department for activities, sponsorship, and/or events of the clients in line with each program’s goals
- Report new trends, market competition, etc. in the assigned area to UTP
Minimum Qualifications
- This is an entry-level opening for graduates of Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Public Relations or a similar course
- Must have strong client relationship management, sales and customer service skills, and the ability to inform and persuade people
- Must be outgoing and like dealing with all types of people with different backgrounds
- Must enjoy going out on fieldwork
- Must be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with little supervision and guidance
