Job Description
- Prepare and ensure that logistic needs are met.
- Perform other related tasks if necessary.
- File and document event details.
- Maintain and update client and event schedules database.
- Collect and summarize event feedback report and submit to client and speakers.
- Gather, update and collate event registration details and list.
- Works with speakers, trainers, and consultants to address their logistical needs.
- Coordinate and update trainers, facilitators, client, and participants of event details.
