DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Promote products to potential customers.
2. Submit product samples to existing / potential customers and follow up results.
3. Seek out potential customers and make regular follow-ups or visits to customers.
4. Initiate action in case of customers complaints and oversee cases until corrective and preventive action has been completed.
5. Coordinate with Plant Departments' QC/R&D Group during product development.
6. Monitor customers'accounts receivables and ensure timely collection of accounts.
7. Gather relevant information on competitors' activites, prices etc. Investigate and recommend course of action when sales are lost to competitors.
8. Coordinate with Logistics Department for availability and timely delivery of products.
9. Regularly submit forecast sales report and status report of customers and other documents required in the course of performing the job as sales representative as the company requires.
10. Achievement of set targets and sales quota.
11. Any other duties and responsibilities which the job requires.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree.
- At least one (1) year experience dealing with at least one of the major industries covered by the company.
- Good Business sense. Deep understanding of Marketing Principles. Excellent Communication & Sales skills. Positive attitude, strong negotiation skills and initiative.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
