Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize project/s research and test trial activities in coordination with the Quality Control and Laboratory Head and/or Production Engineer
- Coordinate with outside agencies/laboratories for Research and Development project and/or Research and Development product evaluation
- Gathering information/literature for operational/product development
- Organize filing test data and technical literature. Prepare summaries, conclusions and recommendations of studies or test conducted
- Sourcing of materials and/or equipment needed in the project
- Sampling and testing of incoming materials
- Perform duties of Quality Control and Laboratory Analyst as required, go on shifting schedule if needed and other miscellaneous task or duty as required by the superior
- Perform daily housekeeping in an area of responsibility, observed and maintain cleanliness of workplace, laboratory equipment
- Perform task/s as assigned or as may be required from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Must be a licensed, or graduate of Chemistry allied Courses & must be a registered Chemical Technician
- Preferably have experience in the field of Animal Feeds or Fertilizer
- Chemical Analysis, Product Application or Research & Development
- Ability to organize and prioritize work for timely completion
- Excellent verbal or written communication skills
- Able to easily understand complex instructions and able to handle confidential records or informations
- Strong analytical skills.
