Job Description
- Develop market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, proposing solutions, forecasting and closing sales for new and existing accounts.
- Visit potential clients and explain our services for the growth and advancement of the company.
- Develop and maintain close relations with clients and provide high quality service.
- Handle inquiries, travel advice, making reservations for international and domestic flights, hotel accommodation, package tours, and other land arrangements. Will be arranging individual travels, group incentive travels & corporate bookings.
- Provides customer service (technical and billing issue) to clients both in person and by phone/email.
- Process travel documentation requirements of clients like passport and travel visa.
- Communicate with Clients, Airlines, Hotels, Suppliers, and tour operators via phone and email.
- Conduct Research on Hotels and Airlines and other tour options.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): computer and internet literate, knowledge and experience with MS Office.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Results-, service-, and details-oriented, analytical, honest, can function well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks
- Good working attitude and willing to work long hours
- A team player with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Willing to travel
