Job Description
- Create and execute content strategy & community program to achieve business goals: acquisition, retention, increasing transaction.
- Maintain relationship with user community by understanding their needs, consistently communicating and educating them.
- Continuously improve content & community performance by analyzing and evaluating business metrics, and then acting on the information.
- Manage online & offline community events
- Manage social media group discussion
- Collaborate with Social Media team to improve user engagement
- Experience in creating, implementing, evaluating educational contents and community program/events
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to act as a community leader
- Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skill
- Excellent proficiency in Bahasa
- Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Communication and Marketing
