Job Description
- Performs risk related process tasks including, identifying, documenting and reporting risks as defined by the IT Risk Management Policy and associated procedures
- Develop and perform IT risk assessments on new and existing key IT systems, processes or technology including applications, databases, data centers and Infrastructure.
- Manage the risk assessment process and ensure assessments are completed in a timely manner.
- Create risk assessment executive summary reports to support management action. Track and escalate remediation action items
- Support internal and external audit processes for relevant compliance concerns including SOX, ISO 27001, etc.
- Assists in reviewing and updating IT GRC documents including, policies, procedures and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a technical field or information systems
- 2+ years of experience in the area of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance or related field, in large corporate or Big 4 advisory firms
- Requires ability to work with confidential information with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced business, systems, analytical, technical, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage tasks while ensuring deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with a diverse group of groups including, managers, subject matter experts and peers to facilitate meetings, efficiently gather information and meet requirements of the program.
