Job Description
- Create and articulate relevant campaign-related initiatives that contribute to Tokopedia business objectives (TPV, revenue, MUB, MUS).
- Produce partnership deck/package that outlines campaign concept and details, benefit to partners and barters requested.
- Promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market.
- Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implement new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Stay updated in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Independently own and run one/multiple campaigns within the team.
