Finance Associate  

We are looking for a Finance Specialist.

A Finance Specialist is responsible for collaborating with various departments to gather and analyze various financial data to ensure an organization’s finances are in order. They may also oversee payments to vendors, control petty cash spending and resolve payment discrepancies.

What you’re expected to do

• Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data.
• Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries.
• Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers, as well as controlling petty cash spending.
• Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies.
• Reconciling account transactions with the general ledger.
• Performing recordkeeping and preparing financial reports.

• College graduate with a degree in any of the following: Accounting, or Finance; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Has an analytical mind
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• Detailed and desire to probe further into data
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
• Extensive experience in account reconciliation.
• Great time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
