Head of Finance & Accounting  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leadership of Finance Operational: He/She will be responsible to manage and coordinate overall finance operational function within Tanihub Group, including but not limited to parent entity and/or its Foundation.
• Cash Management: Ensure the company have a sufficient cash availability by consolidating sales forecast vs expenses, provide weekly rolling forecast to management and maintain relationship with financial institution.
• Payment handling: Control all cash out transaction from invoice handling, verification, approval governance up to its payment schedule.
• Revenue Assurance: Hands-on for invoice issuance to customer, sales recognition, A/R reconciliation process, customer credit limit and clearing of all incoming from customers.
• Key Leaders Meeting: To give insight and update from finance perspective, collaboration with other division for problem solving, as a key person to all finance-related inquiries for both internal/external stakeholders.
• Other Ad-hoc Projects: Actively involved in every project assignment for process improvement or corporate actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Accounting/Management: Higher degree with professional certification is preferred.
• 8+ Years Experience: Start-up and/or agritech industry is preferred, FMCG retail background will be advantageous in this role
• Skill Set: A proven track record in managing finance operational team in mid-size division (10-20 team member), problem solver and analytical thinker, possess a can-do attitude. Ability to create and deliver presentations to management as well as other stakeholders.
