Digital Marketer  

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will provide support to the Client’s marketing team and implement the digital marketing strategy and campaigns for them.

Core functions include:

1. Marketing support across digital platforms, presentations and customer proposals, marketing collateral, internal communications, events and the photo/video library

• Facilitate internal and external communication in line with corporate identity and corporate design standards
• Facilitate and execute digital marketing activities
• Support and facilitate marketing needs of internal stakeholders
• Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities
• Facilitate and support internal and external marketing events

2. Manage monthly reporting and assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals

• Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements
• Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials
• Creation and updating of digital property marketing materials and communications such as e-brochures and case studies

3. Get, want, and have the capacity to fulfill the requirements of the seat

• Understand and accomplish his/her own tasks, metrics, and KPIs to meet the requirements of the seat and the overall targets set and agreed with the client and team
• Complete training necessary to equip him/her with skills required for more advanced Digital Marketing tasks as required by the role
• Increase skill sets as he/she grows within the digital marketing team
• Be the subject-matter expert in digital marketing and provide consultations as necessary in operations

4. Fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to quality, turnaround time, productivity, and marketing goals

• Monitoring and evaluating marketing processes and activities performed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Generating and interpreting marketing reports into actionable strategies based on data for traffic, conversion rates, email marketing KPIs, turnaround times, and quality scores

5. Ensure Process Excellence in dedicated account

• Documenting processes relevant to the account and to the client
• Keeping track of process documents ensuring they are up-to-date and organized
• Coordinating with his/her Team Lead and/or Process Excellence Coordinator to ensure that processes are within the standard and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communication Technology, Marketing, Mass Communications, Development Communication, Information Technology, Linguistics, and related courses
• 4-5 years work experience with digital marketing and project management
• Demonstrate proficiency in native social platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using analytics tools
• Understanding of HTML, SEO, and PPC
• A Digital Marketer who enjoys working as part of a team and has a great can-do attitude
• Resilient and flexible and can cope with shifting directions, high workload, and a fast-paced environment
• A confident writer and verbal communicator who proactively engages with stakeholders coupled with being an active listener and creative problem solver
• Above average project management, strategy, judgment and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• Amenable to WFH, following the AU shift (6AM-3PM)
• Has a stable internet connection of at least 25 mbps
