Sales and Promotions Executive  

Implements effective sales promotions to help the store reach their maximum level of sales performance. Ensures that proper customer service are given and sustained by the store personnel through proper customer briefing on product information and warranty, handling of customer complaints and proper evaluation of service-after-sales.

Store Training, Briefing, and Orientation

• Conducts store training to ensure an excellent and quality customer service are given and practiced by the store personnel.
• Facilitates Service-After-Sales training with the help of principal or other support groups.

Bank/Credit Card Promo Tie-up

• Coordinates with bank or credit card companies on a possible promotional tie-up.
• Conducts briefing and orientation of specific mechanics of the promotional tie-up.
• Addresses all concerns of stores regarding promotions.

Discount or Special Promo

• Suggests and proposes discount or special promo to merchandising for any location that is in need of promo or required by the mall due to mall wide events.

Off-site Selling Event/Employee Sale Event

• Coordinates offsite selling event or employee sale event with the different departments involved.

Institutional/Corporate Sales

• Propose possible prospective institutional or corporate clients and offer products to them in bulk at a discounted amount.

Service-after-sales

• Trains store people in handling SAS cases.
• Checks and evaluates items for repair, return-to-vendor and defective or poor quality items in the store.
• Closely coordinates with the store on handling product complaints.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• With at least five (5) years experience in sales, marketing, promotions and branding/product management
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
