Marketing Executive (Events)  

You will play an important role in the growth of FastJobs in the Philippines market, and should have a combination of event planning, management and execution skills. Love for events is a must! You will be executing events, build strong relationships with vendors and partners, and be part of driving a high-growth startup culture. What You Will Be Doing

• Leading events in setting goals, working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated event goals for promotions, brand initiatives and awareness building.
• Support the Business Development team in rolling out events and Job Fairs campaigns to drive strong business outcomes.
• Measure and report performance of event related campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance of event related campaigns
• Organise and participate in events to drive acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborate and demonstrate teamwork to align on what success looks like.
• Demonstrate strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

What We Are Looking Out For?

• Track record of crafting and executing event marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated success within both a startup environment as well as within a corporate environment is an advantage.
• Working knowledge in setting up and managing eventspost events reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to- date with the latest trends and management of event agencies, vendors and partners
