Business Development Consultant (B2B)  

1. Identify potential locations (outside Metro Manila) for expansion within the cold storage industry and assess their feasibility by engaging potential clients for the specific location.

2. Identify and cultivate new client opportunities for build-to-suit facilities, including cold storage, dry storage, and manufacturing facilities.

3. Develop and implement strategic business or sales development plans to penetrate new markets and capitalize on growth opportunities.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business expansion efforts.

5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals that meet the specific requirements of clients.

7. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to inform business strategy and decision-making.

8. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to the owner.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in business development roles within the logistics and industrial warehousing sectors.

Extensive knowledge in logistics (dry and cold) industry and build-to-suit facility leasing.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform business strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.

Additional experience in related areas such as supply chain management, transportation, or real estate development is advantageous.
