Business Intelligence Analyst  

As our business model is changing fast, we are looking hire a Business Intelligence Analyst to improve our business model and business process based on data-driven decision making.

We are looking for a very strong analytical profile, able to lead projects and communicate to key stakeholders (Board members, Business units managers). Main responsibilities include:

• Work with Business owners (Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Sales) to define data, metrics and KPI to be measured.
• Work closely with IT to define intelligence system scope and requirements, integration with other systems, and implement reporting tools to support business owners.
• Analyse data to provide business insight and recommendations for improvements. Presents findings for actionable changes across business units. Identify trends and possible pain points for company SOPs as well as consumer behaviors

Building data models and analysis for longer term projects. This is quite a challenging position as the Business Inteligence will need to set up all tools and reporting from scratch, but will receive full support for the board to achieve it.
