Job Description
- In-charge of The SM Store’s website including structure, user experience & journey, usability, web marketing, and content. This also includes other future efforts aligned with the website like apps and microsites.
- Ensure that the website’s design, interface, and structure is aligned with The SM Store’s brand equity and voice.
- In-charge of maintaining and updating The SM Store’s website including product pages and promo pages. Ensure that all promos and offers are updated in the website based on the marketing calendar.
- Develop web marketing projects and campaigns that will drive awareness, engagement and conversions (eg. RSVP to events, reservations, etc.) to the website. Understanding of SEO and other content marketing strategies to drive traffic to the website.
- Website analysis to improve traffic, content, functionalities, and targeting.
- Partner with other business units and teams to enhance website’s content, capabilities and functionalities.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3-4 years professional experience in the areas of web marketing, content strategy, web optimization, and SEO.
- Experience in web/app management including content, website redesign, website road mapping, web functionality enhancement, user journeys, workflow, and driving conversions.
- Portfolio that will show proven expertise in web management and web content strategies.
- Capabilities in copywriting and editing and/or technical editing experience.
- Experience in working with companies or agencies with social, CRM, or e-mail capabilities.
- Strong project management skills
- Knows fashion trends and pop culture
- Bachelor’s Degree
