Warehouse Administration
- Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
- Supervise and control warehouse operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
- Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements.
Merchandise Distribution
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of merchandise.
- Ensure timely delivery of product to the customer on time using appropriate procedures.
Inventory Management
- Supervise actual merchandise count and checking of specifications against delivery documents; Investigate discrepancies/damages and submit reports to Warehouse Manager/Department Manager.
- Supervise proper handling and storing of merchandise.
People Management
- Coach the team in order that a common goal is focused upon and those business objectives are met consistently.
- Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet daily operational requirements within the warehouse.
- Train employees on the job and recommend appropriate training of existing/potential subordinates.
- Make suggestions on manpower requirements of his section.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in warehouse managment system
- Must be wiling to report om-site (Work Location: Asinan Distribution Center)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
