Job Description
- Supports spare parts requests from branches
- Validates branches’ stock level and verifies enough supply for distribution if needed
- Discusses with purchasing and suppliers on parts order, and other related issues
- Evaluates Spare Parts Custodians’ compliance of company policies and procedures
- Submits to the Department Head all aspects related to Departmental tasks and concerns
- Checks inventory of parts for 3S branches nationwide
- Analyzes tasks/situations to ensure proper coordination during physical count
- Validates Parts Custodian’s entries and sales records
- Discusses with area and branch managers for branch activities to increase parts sales
- Programs knowledge transfer and management of newly hired Parts Assistants
- Analyzes e-commerce of spare parts, monitoring and aggressive positioning of products to target customers
- Accomplishes other related duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business course
- Over 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office application, Google Application, and Productivity tools
- Good in oral and written communication
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management
- Preferably with background in NetSuite or any automated systems
- With knowledge on alternative parts
- Effective presentation and leadership skills
- Keen to detail to avoid errors and probable loss
- Good analytical and judgement/problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills for giving/receiving information and interacting with clients/employees
