Job Description
- Scale our network of courier partnerships domestically, to increase Shipmates' reach among couriers per province/region.
- Working with both internal and external development teams to onboard couriers with the Shipmates Courier Management System Product.
- Lead and strengthen our relationships with courier partners to help them grow their business as well.
- Be able to help understand processes and standards of how domestic couriers work and support their growth while in return growing the Shipmates' number of shipments and users.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to plan, develop, and implement new product offerings for couriers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has experience managing accounts end-to-end for both enterprise and medium organizations
- Basic to moderate technical knowledge surrounding APIs and managing technical integrations
- Technically savvy including experience in working with analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills in deals involving multiple stakeholders, with the ability to persevere through long and complex deal processes.
- Must be open to travel nationwide to meet and close deals with couriers.
