Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Product Marketing Manager to work with our B2B marketing team and will be reporting directly to our CEO. The job will be remote due to COVID-19 for the foreseeable future.
- Lead our multi-channel B2B acquisition campaigns
- Generate new B2B leads (MQLs/SQLs)
- Create our content strategy & manage a list of distribution channels for our campaigns
- Define Seafair’s key B2B value-props and adjust our messaging across campaigns/channels to increase conversions
- Partner with product, growth, user research, and sales to define go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with Sales to develop targeted sales materials incl. pitch decks
- Build reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns based on traffic, conversions & customer acquisition cost
- Come up with a strategy to boost Seafair’s brand recognition among shipping companies
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing (part of it in B2B marketing) at a venture-backed startup
- Proven experience designing & executing effective, scalable acquisition processes
- Strong data analysis capabilities, proven ability to make data-driven business decisions; candidate should love to tell stories using data
- Proven ability to manage large projects with limited guidance; a sense of ownership and determination to get things done
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
- BSc/BA in Marketing/Business or a related discipline

- Experience working in a venture-backed startup or with a digital product/software
- Prior experience in digital marketing or SEO
