Job Description

Reporting

  • Report to VP of Sales

Key Accountabilities

  • Target account and PIC research & outreach
  • Cold calling to outbound prospects
  • Qualifying inbound leads
  • Secure sales appointments

Key Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and research on the target accounts and PICs as part of the target list;
  • Maintain the target list on Pipedrive;
  • Implement the prospecting activities (cold calling, cold emailing, cold messaging via LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms) based on the target list;
  • Qualifying the inbound leads & securing sales appointments for the business development team;
  • To hit the target for the number of meeting secured (MQLs);
  • Constant communication with the respective BDMs for feedback on the quality of the MQLs;
  • Continuously communicate with the marketing team for the continuous improvement of the marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • 2 to 5 years experience in sales, especially in sales development, telemarketer, prospecting role.
  • SalesCandy is a 100% distributed workplace. You are expected to have a conducive working environment with satisfactory broadband connection to perform your job, at your own expense. Even though this is remote work, the base city of this position is Jakarta (Indonesia) and you are expected to be residing within commuting distance from the city and are able to attend in-person meetings and company events in this city.
