Job Description
- Develop and execute robust marketing plans for an assigned roster of talents (streamers/influencers/celebrities)
- Discover the talents’ point of view to help find and grow their fan base, reach, and exposure
- Build and execute digital marketing plans, including but not limited to social marketing, third-party promotions, contests, and other forms of marketing campaigns
- Ensure talents abide within the branding DNA of RR in complimentary to the talents’ respective brand identity
- Assist the Talent Handlers in updating the latest social media metrics of the talents in the RR Data bank
- Be the reliable and approachable branding and content adviser of assigned talents
- Brainstorm and create exciting, fun, engaging, and new online content and collaborations with the talents to drive traffic/views and subscribers
- Oversee Talents’ social media accounts and promote content through online channels
- Provide focused, hands-on, day-to-day attention to artists and managers
- Set up, attend, and contribute to all related company meetings in connection with assigned projects and provide timely feedback and follow-up
- Help talents create digital collaterals and other crucial branding elements with designers
- Oversee and/or coordinate with the marketing and creative team to secure usage of RR benefits, including studio, podcast rooms, green screen room, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferably minimum of 1-2 years of Relevant working experience
- Experience in handling multiple talents - both entry-level and high-tier
- Skilled in content creation and campaign conceptualization and implementation
- Knowledgable in social media and digital trends and actively seeking new angles of content creation
- An expert in personal branding development, both digitally and in-person
- Awesome and adaptable personality; ability to get along with multitudes of different talents
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented, knows how to play hard but work harder
- Team player and Leader; takes total ownership and accountability
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Self-starter and assertive attention to detail
- Background in using Microsoft office applications.
- Knowledge in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom is an advantage.
