Job Description
- Develop territory by acquiring new accounts
- Handle existing key accounts and meet targets per account
- Achieve territory sales target
- Develop good working relationships with related institutions
- Conduct marketing efforts in promoting company products/services within the assigned territory
- Monitor competitor activities
- Propose marketing programs
- Project site visits
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess any bachelor degree
- Has at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry Preferably Supervisory/ 2 yrs & up experience employee specialized in Sales Management
- Has proven track record in successfully growing businesses assigned to
- Must be willing to travel for work
- Has excellent interpersonal skills
- Has excellent oral, written communication and product presentation skill
