Marketing Manager  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop marketing programs aimed to promote products and services:
  • Coordinate with counterpart from Merchandising to create price strategies
  • Identify market characteristics, cost trends and markup factors
  • Formulate and direct promotional activities and policies, trade shows, and advertising to market products and services
  • Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify products or services expected to be in demand
  • Conceptualize brand-building activities such as Advertising, Market Researches, Exhibits, CSR and Web page update
• Oversee administrative and functional activities of team members
• Spearhead programs for catchment generation such New Store opening activities, FC-initiated promos, participation on community events, Product promotions, couponing, etc.

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with focus on marketing or advertising courses.
• Must have at least 5 years of related experience holding a managerial or supervisory position gained from any QSR or Retail company
• Computer literate, organized & honest, willing to work beyond regular company hours and willing to travel if job will require.
• With strong analytical capabilities to evaluate performances and initiatives.
• With creative insights to deliver on-brand execution
• Strong teamwork skills to lead cross-functional teams.
