- Responsible for the day to day management of an account based of approximately 90 - 100 salons
- Accountable for achieving sales volume, brand distribution and new business targets in his territory
- Accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales volumes through the successful management of all accounts and the implementation, where applicable, of joint business plans with designated accounts
- Reports to the Area Sales Manager
- Responsible for driving in salon OTC sales by ensuring stylists are fully trained with product knowledge, and consultation / recommendations
- Also repsonsible for driving motivation / sell through incentives with clients
- Achievement of Area Sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has graduated a minimum of 2 years course preferrably with NCII Tesda Certificate in Beauty or Hair Styling related courses
- Preferrably with previous salon experience and is willing to do field work;
- Has high level of analytical and numeracy skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
