Job Description
- Perform administrative and operational supervision on all Coordinators and merchandisers in his/ her area of responsibility (AOR).
- Training, coaching and later evaluating his subordinates and conduct written and actual exercises from time-to-time to measure their level of competence and skills
- Provide check and balance with a third-party merchandising service provider and in-house/ in-store merchandisers to ensure that the contract of agreement is always observed and implemented.
- Check and verify the reports of his subordinates – MCP, DTR, Expenses, written reports, updates, etc..
- Cascade and ensure implementation of Coordinators & Merchandisers monthly, quarterly, annual incentives
- Cascade needed reports to the fleet and consolidate their responses for submission to the company
- Ensure the welfare of each merchandiser is taken care of diligently (on time salary, etc.)
- Schedule and conduct monthly General Assembly in AOR, with focus on the following subject matters – product orientation, cascading important directions from the management, training, coaching & motivating, clustering per sales agent for individual concerns.
- Perform Trade checks and be able to fix sell area issues and concerns
Minimum Qualifications
- Significant experience in merchandising work
- Knowledgeable on the principles behind product merchandising
- Keen attention to details
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage people and ensure their compliance to work standards
