Brand Strategist  

Summary:

We are looking for someone with an incredible ability to tell stories visually. The ideal candidate is someone who can incite passion and loyalty for our product through stunning visual design and intuitive user experiences. You should have a growth hacking mindset and the ability to produce material at ludicrous speed. You are seeking a varied workday, that may involve marketing, analyzing stats, overseeing product development, and collaborating across several departments.

Responsibilities:

• Presenting campaign rationale and concepts of end-to-end brand building,
• Researching and implementing strategies for sales growth, driving customer traffic, increasing search visibility and rankings,
• Onboard brand ambassadors, brand champions and brand influencers,
• Collaborate with product managers to develop interactive, delightful, and consistent user-centered experiences for our core product,
• Create and direct design projects, managing creative teams, estimating and managing timelines,
• Overseeing brand health, ensure all marketing initiatives and messages appropriately contribute to brand identity.

Requirements:

• A background in visual design, UX design, copywriting and creative direction,
• Data driven with strong bias for execution,
• Technology savvy, understand how the media works, and can use the media to promote Qlue’s program in a positive way,
• Data driven with a strong communication and business skill for execution,
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, creative problem solving skill,
• Ambition and high curiousity in driving sales, gathering data, and generally optimizing the brand for financial success.
