As a Supervisor program
- Learn how to understanding Basic Knowledge and policy of SMS Finance
- Applying Marketing & Collection Spv knowledge into practical application in real-life setting
As a Branch Manager program
- Learn how to understanding monitoring and controlling as Branch Manager
- Observing Branch Manager activity, analyze and solve complex problem
- Manage Branch and show performance as Branch Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Age max 30 Years Old
- Bachelor Degree of any major
- Experienced as Supervisor minimum 2 years from Multifinance Company
- Preferably Graduated form Development Program (MT/MDP/Officer) in current company
- Have Good Leadership & Network
- Good Analytical Thinking and Communication
- Good mastery of MS Office
- Willing to be placed throughout the Area/Regional in Sulawesi Maluku Papua
- Willing to undergo a series of development program and a service bond for 3 years
