Job Description
About the role:
As our sales team grow, we’re looking for Sales Analyst to help us sharpen our sales acquisition and company performance as a whole. You’ll be part of Sales Performance & Strategy team, and together you’ll be responsible in supporting our Sales Contributor in achieving their goals by monitoring sales productivity and performance and creating insightful report as the end result.
What you will do:
- Collect sales performance and productivity data across various sources through rigor quantitative and qualitative approach
- Analyze data gathered using appropriate methods to gain insightful and relevant recommendation, forecast, and trends
- Deliver presentation regularly to relevant stakeholders with comprehensible and actionable information
- Assist Sales Performance Manager in predicting outcomes from different data analyses and prioritize further focus for sales team
- Collaborate across divisions to find the best possible methods to achieve company’s goal
Minimum Qualifications
What will you need:
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in the filed of management consulting, sales strategy and analytics, data analytics, or other similar position
- Demonstrable skill in data analytics method, from collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data through various tools
- Strong passion in data analysis and sales performance, at minimum, manifested through one’s comfort level working with number
- Able to quickly grasp business process in a dynamic working environment
- Capability of maintaining one’s orientation to details especially at critical moment
