Job Description
This position is mainly responsible to create, develop and close business and sales opportunities with the goal to continuously increase PT. Indodev Niaga Internet’s annual revenues and market share in Indonesia. The position works independently to generate sales as well as managing a team of Account Manager and Sales Manager Assistant to manage their activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Management, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent;
- Have 3 years experience as Sales Manager, preferably in IT and Payroll Outsourcing industry and leading a small team;
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, and a able to drive a sales team.
- Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics and requirements (preferably for HR and EPR customers and market);
- Excellent computer, presentation, business writing, and problem solving skills;
- Familiar with a consultative sales methodology and value based selling or solution selling methodology;
