JOB OFFER

As an Assistant Chef, you will be responsible for easing acceptance of the new product by customers, thus becoming one of the sources of growth pillar for the Food Services business. Also, to strengthen the credibility of KraftHeinz Food Service as the expert in Horeca business

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create menu ideation food & beverage for HoReCa customers using ABC & Heinz products (existing & new)
• Conduct application trial to check our product's benefit/strengths toward specific dishes
• Leverage the capability of the sales team in terms of Kitchen Professional & Professional Chef Organization in customers
• Build connections to the Chef community to ease the sales team in getting contacts to as many chefs as possible.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 2 years of working experience in a hotel or in a restaurant
• Understand anything about Chef Skills, Professional Kitchen Equipment, understand organization contact in Horeca.
• Understand beverage mix or bakery is an advantage
• Friendly & communicative, creative (able to demonstrate menu that was previously created, flexible to travel
• Persistent, and has a lot of Chef Connection (active in any Chef Association), has a preference for selling
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
