- Membuat dan mengusulkan kepada atasan terkait strategi pricing model serta menjalankan program marketing yang kreatif.
- Melakukan diskusi dan supervisi dengan tim di bawahnya terkait action plan dan monitoring performance.
- Mengelola dan mengontrol management collateral.
- Melakukan pendampingan penyelesaian kasus terhadap konsumen.
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang pembiayaan mikro lebih diutamakan.
- Bertanggung jawab dalam menganalisa dan perancangan strategi marketing yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja dengan pencapaian target tertentu.
Minimum Qualifications
- Usia max. 32 tahun
- Minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan Ekonomi/Bisnis dengan IPK min 3,00.
- Berpengalaman minimal 1-3 tahun sebagai marketing officer/sales di bisnis pembiayaan/perbankan.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai leader/supervisior min. 2 tahun lebih diutamakan.
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang pembiayaan mikro lebih diutamakan.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan perancangan strategi marketing yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja dengan pencapaian target tertentu.
- Bersedia ditempatkan seluruh Indonesia
