Team Leader Early Engagement – Credit Cards Group

Job Description

As a Team Leader of Early Engagement in Credit Cards Group, you will be :

  • Designing and proposingearly engagement program to increase card usage and profitability.
  • Implementing card activation improvement programs,include implementing strategy for streamlining the activation process as seamlessly and efficiently as possible.
  • Manage and influence all aspects of card activation/re-activation lifecycles, include business and risk analysis.
  • Monitor and maintain existing portfolios by ensuring product offerings are competitive, Meet customer experience expectations.
  • Ensure optimum customer service to increase card activation.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define business requirements of credit cards enhancement initiative.
  • This role is located in Jakarta and you will be part of Card Lifecycle Management Department for Credit Cards Group. You should own the above-mentioned work to achieve business goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have Bachelor degree level qualifications. Preferred disciplines in Statistics, Computer Science, or Economic.
  • Have at least 8+ years of related experience in financial institutionsand proven record in designing and implementing early engagement program;
  • Possess strong technical skills in project management methodologies, financial institution risk assessment, risk mitigation, and internal control practices and knowledge of card payment industry.
  • Strong leadership record, exhibiting both ability to engage clients and lead a team.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities execute action plans in order to meet organization goals and deadlines.
