Legal Manager  

We are looking for a Legal Manager/ Senior Manager who can provide legal opinion or advices on any corporate action including but not limited to merger, acquisition and consolidation or any corporate issues of subsidiary of the Company. In this role, you should be excellent to communicate, maintain and manage relationship both internal and external. You should be able to manage the Company’s interest and also to keep the Good Corporate Governance implementation in performing your role and responsibility.

Job Description:

• Providing legal opinion or advices on corporate issues related to government regulation
• Applying highly develop specialist knowledge and skills in supporting and advising organization in complex legal aspect
• Review and monitor any event or fact or potential issue which may affect legal risk
• Keeping up to date on the development of corporate particularly in each new regulation
• Review agreement

• Strong sense of ownership - Feeling of personal accountability for all areas directly or indirectly supporting. Should have willingness to drive people on all sides of an issue to a common understanding and then drive them toward resolution.
• Communication – Should be able to clearly communicate ideas in technical or business terms with senior business leadership, leadership outside the LOB (internal or external), their peers across legal, as well as their team. Demonstrated poise, confidence and professional maturity to interface with senior-level executives.
• Leadership - Assess a situation and prioritize requirements
• Self-Directed - Has a strong sense of self and purpose. Understands tasks and role, and does not need daily reassurances, yet maintains an open dialogue with all of the stakeholders.
• High level of written and oral communication in the English language
• Able to Works under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation
• Good interpersonal skill, attention to detail, strong analytical skill, problem solving ability for legal issue

Specific Qualifications (Skills/Certification) :

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Having experience working for due diligence, acquisition, merger or any corporate action is preferable
• Having experience working in financial institution company is preferable
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing agreement
• Having experience as corporate lawyer (expert in company law)
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Ability to work in a team or individually
• 4+ years of proven experience as corporate lawyer
