Trainee Financial Consultant

• The Trainee Financial Consultant gets to meet different kinds of people thru setting appointments with them. The intent is to share financial wellness and influence others that it is a necessity.
• The Trainee Consultant is accompanied by his/her Associate manager who provides basic training of the concepts and technicalities of the work. The Associate manager also provides Joint Field Work with the Trainee on the first few client appointments.
• The Trainee Consultant is directly managed by the Unit Manager who will provide the full support to the trainee from joint field works to trainings to ensure that the trainee gets equipped before exploring the field.
• The Trainee Consultant is not required but is highly encouraged to have at least an hour or two a day for prospecting and doing green activities (client meetings, joint field work).
• The Trainee Consultant can do it part time.
• The Trainee Consultant gets to determine their own income.

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Passionate, Hardworkin, Eager to learn
• Good motivator and influencer
• People-person is a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge in Stock Marketing is a plus!
