Marketing Officer  

As the Marketing Officer for Social Media and Content Creation, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our company's social media strategy. You will also play a ke role in creating engaging and relevant content to enhance our brand presence across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Manage and curate content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and others.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, user engagement, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and shareable content for various platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the company's values and messaging.

Community Engagement:

• Build and nurture an online community by actively responding to comments, messages, ad mentions across social media platforms.
• Foster positive relationship with followers and influencers to enhance brand advocacy.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media and content performance.
• Use analytics tools to assess the success of campaigns and make data driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-funcitonal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to expand the brand's reach.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with social mdia analytics tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
