We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator. The role entails a deep understanding of consumers, customers, and the market, and will involve the company’s key brands. Our ideal candidate is thoughtful and able to interpret market findings and customer behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. If you have the integrity, curiosity, insights, openness to learn, and of course, the desire to have fun, this may be the role for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes marketing and advertising campaigns for key brands (onsite and online); also coordinates with digital marketing team and sales team
- Plans, schedules, and implements roadshows, meetings, events, trade shows
- Monitors and develops promotional materials and collaterals; collaborates with graphics team
- Creates and conducts promotional presentations for customers and other stakeholders
- Designs promotional activities for new and key products/brands
- Prepares reports and gives insights and feedback on activities and market
- Researches new products and/or offerings by analyzing customer behaviors (purchasing habits and preferences), market and competition
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably have degree in marketing, communications, etc., but any background welcome
- Have proven work experience as Marketing Officer or Coordinator, in marketing planning and implementation and have had roles organizing events and other activities
- Have planning, communication, and analytical abilities
- Take ownership of role and have initiative and accountability
