Job Description
- Develop and execute agreed campaigns, strategies and plans. Responsible for the end to end Direct Marketing process from customer targeting, use of appropriate direct marketing channel (including but not limited to outbound telemarketing and electronic Direct mail), coordination with third party service providers, and if necessary, development of marketing plans, collateral development to program implementation and analysis.
- Ensure launched campaigns meet the required financial goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement end-to-end retention strategies from point of sales to pre-renewal and post lapse business.
- Develop campaign capacity plan and support direct marketing head on budgeting with objective of achieving revenue, profitability and spend efficiency
- Work with Line Heads, Marketing teams to bring products suitable for direct marketing channels.
- Work with Account management team, internal and external stakeholders and vendors, to ensure timely campaign implementation and post campaign monitoring
- Work with call centers, vendors and other stakeholders on sales quality and adherence to Pioneer standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years combined direct marketing experience , familiar with B2C marketing, sales / account management
- Knowledge of insurance marketing is an advantage
- Direct Marketing with outbound telemarketing experience partnering with Financial Institutions
- Experience managing vendor relationships and SLA’s with TPA’s and call centers
