Job Description
- Assist Territory Sales Manager in Sales Team Management, Dealer Management, Operation Management , Commercial Team Management
- Coordinate with Head Quarter and presenting all kinds of reports to HQ such as Sales Report, SA Evaluation Report, PO Report, Marketing Report, Training Report, Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report , etc.
- Do random audit to check the execution of Mindanao sales strategies.: a) Create audit plan (with timeline, itinerary and schedule) b) Audit Account Executive and Area Supervisor c) Make analysis on the audit to feedback to TSM for the improvement.
- Assist the Territory Sales Manager in planning and monitoring sales in every new product launch in the market, including sales strategy making, product orientation, dealer management, stocks management , sales target setting , sales incentive plan, SA motivation plan, dealer rebate plan, merchandising display plan , SA product training Plan to ensure the said sales target for Mindanao region will be achieved.
- In charge of daily and weekly meeting with sales managers and training manager, Marketing manager, Commercial manager.
- Any other Ad-Hoc task given by the Regional Sales Manager or Director of sales.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree. -Marketing Management related course is preferred.
- Excellent communication, training and strong team management skills. Project management skills is required.
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications
- Good in planning and project presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment;
- Must be willing to do fieldwork frequently.
- Must be willing to work for long hours to fix problems once needed.
- Result oriented.
- Filipino Chinese -Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Willing to be assigned to Davao office
