Job Description
- Develops, initiates and monitors the execution of marketing and sales policies and programs to achieve sales target, build image, and increase market share;
- Ensures marketing and sales policies and programs are in accordance with the Company’s quality process and ethical standards;
- Builds and maintains business relationships with principals, customers, and other suppliers;
- Responsible for the direction, training, and motivation of sales force toward agreed objectives and the achievement of prescribed sales targets within an allocated budget
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Engineering/Medical/Business courses. Preferably with MBA;
- Proven sales track record with minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of Direct Selling or Business Development;
- Sales and marketing experience in the medical or high-technology industry would be an advantage;
- Exhibits good management and people skills, is able to supervise and mentor a team;
- Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making ability;
- Has business acumen and entrepreneurial orientation;
- Shows excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Possess high customer and people orientation;
- Computer literate.
